| The investment seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of large-capitalization growth stocks. The fund employs a passive management investment approach designed to track the performance of the MSCI US Prime Market Growth index, a broadly diversified index of growth stocks of large U.S. companies.
