Tom joined Cornerstone in February 2006 after thirteen years with Alliance Capital Management where he was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager within the Large Capitalization Growth Equity Group. He managed the Minneapolis office of Alliance and had responsibility for over $9 billion in assets. Prior to joining Alliance Capital in 1993, Tom evaluated and participated in funding emerging companies for IAI Venture Capital Group. Tom also founded and successfully sold Premier Computer Corporation, the worldâs largest computer disk drive remanufacturing organization and an outgrowth of a business plan formulated while at Northwesternâs Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University and a BSME with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Southern Methodist University. |

| The investment seeks to provide investment results of a portfolio of publicly traded common stocks of companies in the applicable sub-category of the Wilshire 5000 IndexSM.
The fund focuses on the large company growth segment of the U.S. equity market. It invests substantially all of its assets in common stock of companies with larger market capitalizations. The fund invests in companies that historically have above average earnings or sales growth and retention of earnings, often such companies have above average price to earnings ratios. It uses a multi-manager strategy with multiple subadvisers who employ different strategies. |
