The investment seeks moderate potential capital appreciation and some current income. The fund generally invests in a combination of the four Equity Underlying Funds, the four Fixed-Income Underlying Funds, the Accessor Strategic Alternatives Fund and the money market Underlying Fund. It may enter into repurchase agreements collateralized by the U.S. Government or agency securities. The fund uses a moderate asset allocation strategy and is designed to provide a balanced mix of current capital appreciation and current income to investors with a moderate risk tolerance and a 5-10 year investment time horizon.
