The investment seeks maximum long-term total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation.
Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. and non-U.S. real estate and real estate-related issuers. It will invest at least 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. issuers. The fund may invest in companies across all market capitalizations and may invest its assets in securities of companies located in emerging market countries. It is non-diversified.
