The fund invests at least 80% of assets, determined at the time of purchase, in the stocks and other securities with equity characteristics of non-US companies. It typically achieves its equity exposure to non-US equity companies through investing in American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), but it is not limited to making investments in ADRs.
