Fund Summary

The Investment Objective is to seek long-term capital growth. This is to be achieved by investing in a global and diversified portfolio of common stocks of both emerging and established health science companies with at all times at least two-thirds of the Sub-Fund’s total assets invested in transferable securities of health science companies that are located anywhere in the world. These securities may include common and preferred stocks, equity interests in partnerships, convertible preferred stocks and other convertible instruments but no more than 10% of the Sub-Fund’s net assets will be invested in convertible instruments.
