The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in foreign equity securities in the Asia-Pacific Region. Foreign equity securities in the Asia-Pacific Region include securities of issuers, wherever organized, whose securities are traded principally on a recognized stock exchange or over-the-counter market in the countries listed in the Morgan Stanley Capital International ("MSCI") All Country ("AC") Asia-Pacific Index. The fund is non-diversified.
