The investment objective of the Portfolio is to provide Shareholders with an exposure to an interest rate trading strategy and to overnight interest rates in the Eurozone. The Portfolio will seek to achieve this objective by providing Shareholders with a leveraged return obtained from exposing 100% of the Portfolio’s net assets to each of (i) two times the performance of the IRIS Strategy, which is an interest rate trading strategy (the “IRIS Strategy”), and (ii) the daily-compounded return of the EONIA Rate.
