The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation.
Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities. It invests at least 65% of its assets in equity securities of companies located in a number of different countries, other than the United States. The fund invests primarily in companies with a large market capitalization, but may also invest in small- and mid-sized companies. It may invest in companies located in countries with emerging securities markets when the sub-adviser ("Sub-Adviser") believes they present attractive investment opportunities.
