Fund Summary

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the New York municipal bond market and provides income that is exempt from federal and New York state income taxes. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the Barclays Managed Money Municipal New York Index. Additionally, it intends to invest, under normal circumstances, 80% of its assets in investments the income of which is exempt from both Federal income tax and New York income tax.
