Fund Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests at least 80% of the value of its assets in equity securities of real estate investment trusts (REITs), including REITs with relatively small market capitalizations, and other real estate companies. It will invest primarily in foreign companies of various sizes, including foreign subsidiaries of U.S. companies. No more than 20% of the assets will be invested in debt securities denominated in a currency other than the U.S. dollar or issued by a foreign government or international organization.
