The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Wilder NASDAQ OMX Global Energy Efficient Transport Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index and ADRs and GDRs based on securities in the Underlying Index. It will normally invest at least 80% of total assets in the securities and ADRs and GDRs based on the securities of global companies involved in the advancement of efficient transportation.
