The investment fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests a substantial portion of assets in a diversified portfolio of common stocks of foreign companies of all sizes. The advisor generally seeks common stocks of companies that historically are expected to maintain superior growth, profitability and quality relative to local markets and relative to companies within the same industry worldwide. It normally allocates among at least six different countries and may invest the greater of 35% of its net assets or twice the emerging markets component of the MSCI All Country World Ex-U.S. The fund may invest in new companies.
