The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the index, which may be in the form of American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") and European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs"). The index is designed to deliver exposure to equity securities with high momentum. Momentum is a measure of a security's past price performance as measured by cumulative return.
