Fund Summary
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation.
Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets are invested in equity securities. It will primarily invest in equity securities of large- and mid-capitalization companies from countries represented in the Morgan Stanley Capital International® World Index ("MSCI World Index"). The fund will invest a significant amount of assets outside the United States. In addition to common stocks, preferred stocks, American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), and securities convertible into or exchangeable for common stocks.
