The investment seeks an appropriate balance between long-term capital appreciation and capital preservation.
The fund primarily invests in (1) exchange traded funds ("ETFs") that each invest primarily in (i) equity securities, (ii) fixed income securities, or (iii) alternative assets; as well as in (2) commodity futures and (3) options on commodity futures.
