The underlying index has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI") as an equity benchmark for its international stock performance. The underlying index is designed to measure large-, mid- and small-capitalization equity market performance and includes stocks from Europe, Australasia and the Far East. The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index.
