Fund Summary

The investment seek long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 65% of net assets in equity securities of issuers located in a number of different countries outside of the United States. It generally invests at least 80% of total assets in common and preferred equities, ADRs, ORDs, EDRs, GDRs, derivatives and convertible securities. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in companies located in countries with emerging securities markets when the Sub-Adviser believes they present an attractive investment opportunity.
