Fund Summary

The investment seeks capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in Underlying ETFs. It is primarily intended for a person who is retired, expected to retire within a short time or otherwise intends to seek withdrawals from invested assets or seeks to hold over an indefinite time frame a diversified, balanced portfolio with exposure to equity and fixed-income asset classes. The fund invests 10% of assets in underlying ETFs that invest in mid-cap equity assets, 35% in large-cap funds, 10% in international funds, 10% in REITs and 35% in fixed income funds as of December 31, 2008.
