The investment seeks to maximize total long-term return. The fund invests in both investment grade securities (securities rated at least BBB by Standard & Poor's or Fitch or Baa3 by Moody's or determined by the Advisor to be of comparable quality) and in non-investment grade, high yield securities. It may hold up to 60% of total assets in high yield securities. The fund invests in debt securities of any maturity, and there is no limit on the investment's average portfolio maturity.
