The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities, such as common stocks. The fund anticipates that equity securities that the fund owns may equal up to 130% of the net asset value (excluding short-sale proceeds and other borrowings) at any given time, although the fund generally plans to hold up to 5% of assets in cash or other liquid securities.
