The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation; income is the secondary consideration. The fund generally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of companies of all market capitalizations, either directly or through investments in ETFs, actively managed closed end mutual funds, or REITs. It may invest up to one-third of assets in foreign stocks, including emerging-market stocks. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in securities that provide income and other fixed-income securities.
