Struggling Eagle Ford operator Atlas Resource Partners has been delisted from the New York Stock Exchange one day after missing a critical debt payment and going into forbearance. Atlas Resource Partners LP, which had used the stock symbol ARP, went from being traded on the New York Stock Exchange to being traded on a securities exchange run by the New York-based OTC Markets Group, which is known as OTCQX. OTC Markets Group Executive Vice president of Corporate Services Jason Paltrowitz said Atlas will be traded on the OTCQX Best Market exchange under the symbols ARPJ while its preferred stock units will be traded under ARPJN and ARPJP.
