Bob Evans Farms Inc. remains open to splitting its restaurant and food products divisions, although there is no timeline for a decision. “I don’t think I’ve ever said it does not make sense,” CEO Saed Mohseni said on a Wednesday morning conference call with stock analysts. The New Albany-based company has been under pressure from New York-based investor Sandell Asset Management Corp. to sell or spin off the company’s packaged food business, which the firm recently estimated could be worth $1.2 billion.
