Gold is soaring after U.K. voters chose to leave the European Union. Gold is a haven and has lured investors all year in part because ultra-low and, in many cases negative, interest rates are a symptoms that central bank policies are failing to prop up global growth. The Brexit vote drove rates across the globe even lower and all but assured that the Federal Reserve won't take action to increase rates again this year.
