    Nasdaq threatening to boot Cumulus Media shares, again

    For the second time in six months, the Nasdaq stock market is threatening to boot the shares of troubled radio giant Cumulus Media Inc. Atlanta-based Cumulus (CMLS) reported March 27 that it's gotten a notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market "indicating that the Company is not in compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule" and giving it 45 calendar days, or until May 5, 2017, to submit a plan for how it's going to regain compliance with the rule. Last September, Nasdaq threatened to stop trading Cumulus shares because at that time they had fallen below $1 in value.
