Investors will soon get a chance to make a purchase at Cosi — and it’s for something a little bigger than a cup of soup and a signature salad. Cosi Inc., the Boston-based fast-casual cafe chain that recently filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy and was delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market , is seeking buyers for “substantially all of its assets,” the company announced Tuesday . The sale process will be done under section 363 of the bankruptcy code, Cosi said.
