  • There is no business to sell. Somebody the other day called me a "short". There are so many good companies out there. Please do your homework. These guys have been able to fool investors for years.
And now that the original company was about to fold, they figured out a clever way to become a gold company

They will squeeze whatever they can from this and when that runs out, do the same thing again

They don't make money and haven't for years.
  • Why is anyone in this stock. They are crooks. They have been doing this for years. What you thought they were buying a gold company that is worthless because they want to diversify?

The whole gold thing was to avoid a BK

Look at their revenue. 4:1 reverse split

    Come on.
  • Do existing shareholders have an opportunity in DRAM? Is DRAM now a “hidden gem”?

It is still listed as a technology company instead of a mining company. Not many people know if DRAM new mining team, talents, locations, etc.

The market may be confused, discounting, etc. this may lead to an opportunity?

The payoff may be 2-3 years off; which is when the US Gold shareholders shares free up from the post-merger restrictions.

Risk include start-up mining operations, capital raises, building team members…they go on; at least a bank will lend to a company with hard assets.

Accumulate on weakness? Not hard to do with DRAM, see history (hopefully not going to repeat any more)…

    To a “golden” future!
  • It appears on Monday the long history of DRAM will continue to change; the DRAM business should sell for 1 x revenue or 1 x gross profit at a minimum to an existing reseller since they will not have to increase overheads, hopefully a lot more. This should mean a payday for shareholders. That is if management can execute a sell.

Past actions do not dictate future results. Meaning they haven’t executed a lot in the past decade, hopefully they will now.

The real winner so far appears to be Mr. Karr.

I have made room for my portfolio for a mining company. Sort of had too, but do some research, it might be a better ride than a commodity-tech turnaround investment.
  • Here we go!!! Let's see where it goes from here.
  • OK Reza, I am still here. going to stick it out
  • I am a long-term DRAM holder, the reverse merger has been an interesting twist to say the least. I visited the US Gold Corp website over the weekend, it is much improved since last summer(?) or whenever the first announcement was. If you are a long-term shareholder as well, I would encourage you to review it. Yes, gold mining and commodity is totally, differently than technology. But if you have a risk tolerance and you need a gold mining and commodity investment in your portfolio, a few more years of patience (ugh, yes...) may be worth it.

  • What's going on with the thing today? I guess good news is coming out?

  • Tough learning the stock market for the first time. I have followed Dram for some time (my stepson worked for them) and decided to invest my $20k IRA into their stock only to see it tank within two months leaving me with $4k. After one reverse stock splt, now another revers split is happening. This sad, the reverse split with suit Dataram just fine. When the close the memory division within the next 18th months, ( which I think they most likely will) the reverse split will mean far less shares that Dataram will need to pay those dividends to. Sly are they not. I'm not sure if when they do close the memory division will the dataram shares become worthless or stay as under their business being only gold? Maybe I should follow Sancho's lead.
  • I missed the meeting on 3/31. Anyone hear Anything positive??
  • Going to the moon Alice !
  • The vote is in and we are a gold mining company now (check out www.nasdaq.com and SEC filings 8-K)

Gold article discussing value is 'Absolute Bargain' at Barrons

    Gold, Silver Are ‘Absolute Bargains’
Matterhorn Asset Management's Egon von Greyerz reckons prices for gold and silver are bargains and investors should be looking to buy given the risks in the global financial system. In a new commentary, he's taken a deeper look at the consequences of
  • Gold, Silver Are ‘Absolute Bargains’ is the Barron's article if you want to Google it, Yahoo will not allow a link
  • Why did this stock take a jump today?
  • nothing but LOSSES fm DRAM since forever. Sad to say I own shares since forever too:-(
CEO better do something else besides a Reverse Split cuz I'm OUT !!! Cutting losses.
  • I looked extensively on Dataram's website for the exact terms of the planned acquisition and couldn't find it. Tells me this is a scam.
  • If you were a DRAM shareholder on February 24, 2017 please vote against the merger.

    Vote "against" the merger.
    vote "against" the share authorization.
vote "for" the reverse split if you want.

The voting deadline is March 29, at 11:59pm eastern time.

If you did not receive the proxy information from your broker, you need to ask for it TODAY.

This merger is a bad deal for the current shareholders. The dilution is way too much. Your ownership

interest will go to 2.4% of what is is today if all 200 million new shares are issued. I am not against

the idea, but I am against the implementation. This is not fair to existing shareholders.
