    Cubs fans to get much better Wrigley Field Wi-Fi (eventually)

    Chicago Cubs fans are getting a Wi-Fi upgrade. The World Series champs have selected Extreme Networks (EXTR) and its partner technology solutions provider PCM Inc. (PCMI) to deploy a high-density Wi-Fi system throughout Wrigley Field and the adjacent entrainment park that is under construction. The Wi-Fi upgrade is part of the 1060 Project, a five-year, $750 million renovation and expansion of Wrigley Field that will eventually include a hotel, the aforementioned entertainment park, retail and office complex and other additions in and around Wrigley Field.
