    ALPENA, Mich., July 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- First Federal of Northern Michigan Bancorp, Inc. (FFNM) today announced that at its July 19, 2016 meeting the Board of Directors approved the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.04 per common share. "We are pleased to announce the continuance of our payment of a quarterly dividend to our shareholders. This dividend declaration represents our twelfth consecutive payment of a cash dividend to our shareholders," said Michael W.
