  • Nice MM trading move at the cc when they took it down two dollars and took out any stop loss orders before earnings. Collecting cheap shares.

  • A neutral performance % (m) of -0.24% means that things will be up in the air for HIG. Past setups of this nature have produced both pullbacks and near-term upswings. Ive been struggling with this stock lately. Some of my other trades have been from awesomesto-cks which are working out pretty well.
  • The scenarios are quite interesting at current levels for HIG. I started receiving notifications from awesomestock-s the other week and so far they have presented interesting new trade ideas.
  • A question for any Hartford employee who has followed this discussion concerning attitude/moral of employees at The Hartford.

The question: Does your management team, at the business level, have your best interest as a priority?

Answer with a thumbs up for yes and thumbs down for no.
  • I am also concerned with the extremely low moral of the employees. They announced mass layoffs right before the holidays in 2016 and continue not to explain when or how these layoffs will be conducted or how they correspond to the $250 million in expense cuts the company claims will adjust its uncompetitive loss ratios. All the employees have been told is that the company will need to conduct "massive layoffs" over the next 2 years. This is the 5th year that the Hartford's "business strategy" has been to reduce expenses and conduct share buy backs. Disappointed.
  • Feel like this will go up tomorrow by a big margin.
  • As a stock holder of HIG I am somewhat concerned with the attitude/moral of The Hartford employees, any company is only as successful as their employees feel part of the team. I am especially interested as to employees thought on the company's initiative to outsource jobs to offshore vendors?
  • Buyout rumors have subsided. I suspect they'll be back. HIG trading under book value.
  • Judging by the rel. str. indx. alone, which happens to be at 49.56 on the daily chart - overall I believe we will see upside in the short-term. Maybe a pullback next day or so could possibly occur I guess but are yall also seeing a further leg higher? I just realized that lionSta(ckAlerts guys did tell me regarding this.
  • Every time HIG seems poised to go up, HIG msnagement and board step up to shoot share price down. Tell IR to sell HIG to Berkshire, give shareholders a break and management team that knows what they are doing!
