On Friday, Interleukin Genetics (ILIU) submitted federal filings outlining plans to raise about $15 million through the sale of stock, enough to satisfy the capital requirements needed to list on the Nasdaq exchange. The company said shareholders supported a reverse split of between 1-for-5 and 1-for-40 in order to meet the $1 minimum stock price requirement required to list on the Nasdaq Capital Exchange.
