How long can these dullards hide under their rock and not provide any information to shareholders? They just sold their only bottling plant and took a loss of ~ $5mm. Since then, nothing. No information on their strategic plan or what they plan to do with branded sales. Is their "plan" to slowly burn the cash they received from the sale of the bottling plant. I guess that qualifies as a "plan" and will allow the CEO to continue to double-dip as an employee and a "consultant".
Their fiscal year ended on Feb 28th and they still haven't reported results or announced anything about their Annual Meeting.
Giant volume on no news. Several times now that this has happened. 15% of the shares traded today. Typically about a tenth of 1%. Why?
NEOT !!! AGTK !! Massive gains !
I think it's getting ready for its one day pump and dump again.
This is going to be big! Everything has been leading up to next week.
That was fun.
Why's this up?
Starting to move. Technicals look good.
Getting 5 million dollars here plus 5.5 mil in other assets plus 10 mill plus rev its could be 30 bucks here at 1.70
no breakdown in happy water sales or if any the CnadianFreashair water It seems they did buy back 68,000 shares
looks like late day run
LBIX is the perfect takeover candidate for NBEV. NBEV has grown thru acquisitions from 20 cents to $2.70 over the past year. With NO REVERSE SPLITS.
But seriously, one of the problems is that their bottling facility is too far from the markets making their transportation costs higher than the competition. They are limited to a very small market that they can efficiently supply. Will they use the cash from selling this facility to buy something in British Columbia, or Ontario, or Quebec? More than one? Or just lease it back. Let's see if Ralph is going to put the money in his pocket or use it to benefit the company and shareholders.
Ralph sells the farm. Wish he would "buy the farm". Then this company might be able to thrive and grow. He has destroyed more shareholder value than anyone can believe.
Happy water in US markets? Next Q report could be better than the June 14 2016 report which moved LBIX on big volume. Small float and profit and new product = big move to new high?
