As CommerceHub prepares to start trading next week, the company has named its board of directors, including the former CEOs of The Huffington Post and Barnes and Noble. It comes as CommerceHub's parent company, Liberty Interactive, plans to spin-off shares of the company on Friday, July 22 at 5 p.m. The company is expected to trade on NASDAQ as "CHUBA" and "CHUBK" — making it one of the largest public companies in the Albany, New York area. The board of directors includes a mix of local executives and national names who have overseen Fortune 500 companies worth billions of dollars, according to a regulatory filing updated last week.
