According to a prepared release, the company said it will pay a special dividend on or near Feb. 10 of roughly $650 million, or just more than 44 cents per share, and $1.3212 per U.S.-traded American depositary share. The company also changed its dividend policy, saying that effective for the fourth quarter of 2016, it will no longer pay out 30% of consolidated net income on a quarterly basis, and will instead target a specific amount equivalent to 9 cents per ADS.
