Oracle Corp. (ORCL) is speeding through its $532 million acquisition of the Arlington-based Opower Inc., saying in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday it now owns about 87.8 percent of the company through tender offers directly to shareholders. In February, Opower announced it would keep its headquarters in Arlington after the Commonwealth's Opportunity Fund and Arlington County each committed $1 million provided the company meets job creation goals.
