Anheuser-Busch InBev has increased its offer for rival brewer SABMiller after the value of its initial bid declined due to the falling value of the pound. A-B InBev announced early Tuesday that it has upped the offer to 45 pounds per share from the original 44 pounds per share. Investors had asked London-based SABMiller to reconsider A-B InBev's 44-pounds-per-share bid after the recent drop in the pound's value following the United Kingdom's vote to exit the European Union .
