Lands’ End Inc. said Monday that its board of directors has selected Jerome Griffith, former head of the lifestyle brand Tumi, to take over as chief executive officer, assuming the role formerly held by the ousted Federica Marchionni. Griffith, who will join Dodgeville-based Lands’ End (LE), on March 6, 2017, served as president and CEO of Southfield, N.J.-based Tumi Holdings Inc. (TUMI) from April 2009 until its sale in August 2016 to Samsonite International SA, for which he now serves as a non-executive director.
