  • Up .25 to down .25. The manipulation is ridiculous.
  • Who keeps pushing this up and down a quarter every day
  • Look at the trades in the first ten minutes of the day 5-2-2017. They drag it down to 10.7? and some guy buys 3000+ shares and the next bid is for 100 shares at 10.98. Then people wonder why we think the game is rigged in favor of the house. You people need to watch the dealer a little closer.
  • Coming out of bankruptcy and have over 2 billion shares. How is that? Shouldn't be that much.
  • It correlates to UPL to only this. I think UPL is being pushed around by someone at a professional trading desk that is pushing the stock down to gain profits of about 10-20k shares at 30-40 cents a day. But it is still overpriced for a company that just came out of bankruptcy and is already several billion in debt. $5 per share might be a fair value when the dow is this high.
  • Yahooreader does that correlation mean Ultra is going to $500 share?
  • It is very strange how the trader is pushing this stock as much as 20 cents at a time with a few hundred shares then dumping 3000 + shares in one trigger pull. Back to the same old games. This is a $3 dollar stock at best regardless of what market value. It only has value because it is on NASDAQ and is a trading medium. It is already deeply in debt and the CEO got $30M bonus for taking it through bankruptcy.
  • Out of passions grow opinions, mental sloth lets these rigidify into convictions. http://dataunion.tistory.com/11274

  • What is happening with this stock?
  • So .5215 shares of new for old stock.. not bad as the dilution was minimized... now it's time for the market to play out... Good luck everyone!!!
  • Crickets.
  • So whoever is trading the 600k shares each day isn't talking, don't recognize this site, consider it insider trading, or use HFT to buy and sell. Hello out there (empty echo)!
  • UPLMQ featured in Barron's article.

    6 Undervalued Energy Picks
After stints in bankruptcy, these six energy companies have emerged with better balance sheets, reduced leverage, and decent prospects.
  • There is little news that comes out about UPLMQ. Most of it is opinions and repeats but no facts for us to trade on. The $1.2B of senior notes is a debt that must be factored in. Then there was the 41% of open value based on dates that were moved several times. The last date was the last Friday in March. Nothing happened. If anyone knows what is going on without telling us your personal trade or opinions, it would be great for the community here. Blessings!
  • I think im gonna dump my ULTRA shares today !!! Got in at .41 and somehow missed the rights offering deadline !!! Anybody have any advice ??
  • Get out while you still can! Shady bankruptcy protection leads to dilluted class a shares! Price will reflect this soon! Shady deal just like LINEQ whose class A shareholders got nothing after bankruptcy!
  • Should the one sell now? or Should wait until the company emerges from bankruptcy?
  • If there was a way to know and measure underhandedness in stocks, I would be willing to say that the financial world is as corrupt as it has ever been. The knowledge of what happens in bankruptcy courts and back room deals should be available to all. The business that has happened to UPLMQ has been under the covers since way before bankruptcy was filed. How many companies come out of bankruptcy with huge debt? The bankers and lawyers and a few judges know the details be we common people will never know. Because the deal is with US currency under US courts, every detail should be made public as court sessions close each day.
  • commons are in the equity. check yahoo finance news on UPLMQ. This should skyrocket manana.
  • if I owned UPLMQ I'd sell it now while it's worth something before it goes like Linn Energy and common shareholders get screwed, I'd sell Peabody also, actually I already did it's not worth the risk. Apparently common stock holders have no true ownership with these bankruptcies the judges are out for the bond holders these companies are actually able to keep their management, we organize and stay in business get rid of their debt and common stockholders I left with nothing. I can't believe that's legal
