Vestas Wind Systems, which has already brought in some impressive deals this year, just landed one to supply 22 turbines that will power Google operations. Denmark-based Vetas, which has four manufacturing plants in Colorado, will build the turbines for the Lyrestand wind farm in Mariestad, Sweden. The power produced there will be sold to Google, a unit of Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL), which has committed to powering all its operations on clean energy.
