    The Securities and Exchange Commission charged the partner in a Hong Kong-based private equity firm with securities fraud for allegedly accumulating $56 million of DreamWorks Animation stock ahead of Comcast's massive acquisition of the studio behind major film franchises like Shrek. Following Comcast announcing its $3.8 billion buy of DreamWorks , the SEC said, the movie studio's stock price went up 47.3 percent – allowing Shaohua "Michael" Yin to make $29 million in profits on the shares he divided among the U.S. brokerage accounts of five Chinese nationals, including his elderly parents. Michael Yin, a former partner at Summitview Capital Management Ltd., is facing securities fraud charges.
