    Etrion Connects First Half of 9.5 MW Aomori Solar Project in Japan

    MIAMI, Florida and TOKYO, Feb.8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Etrion Corporation ("Etrion" or the "Company") (ETX.TO) (ETX.TO), a solar independent power producer, announces that the first two sites of the Aomori solar project totaling 5.3 megawatts ("MW") have been connected to the grid and will start recognizing revenues following testing by the end of February 2017. Aomori is a 9.5 MW utility-scale solar photovoltaic ("PV") power project with four sites in the Aomori prefecture of Japan.  The remaining two sites under construction are expected to be fully operational by the third quarter of 2017 as originally planned.

    Etrion Completes Balance of Sale of Italian Solar Portfolio to EF Solare Italia

    MIAMI, Dec 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Etrion Corporation ("Etrion" or the "Company") (ETX.TO) (ETX.TO), a solar independent power producer, today announced that it has completed phase two of the previously disclosed sale of its Italian solar portfolio to EF Solare Italia, a joint venture owned equally by Enel Green Power S.p.A. and Fondo Italiano per le Infrastrutture "F2i". EF Solare Italia has purchased Helios Ita S.r.l., which owns 6.4 MW of Etrion's total portfolio in Italy, for cash consideration of Euro 5.3 million and the assumption of related project-level debt of Euro 23 million. This successfully completes the Company's disposition of its Italian portfolio.
