The 2017 Infrastructure Report is out and America's bridges, roads, airports, dams, rails, and etc., scored a D+ again. By the American Society of Civil Engineers' definition, a "D" constitutes infrastructure that "is in poor to fair condition and mostly below standard, with many elements approaching the end of their service life."
