Here's a hint: It's not just discounts and free shipping. Or at least that's the advice of my guest today Charlene Li of market research firm Altimeter Group. She wants shopping to be social again, whether you're online -- or waiting in a real line, as Li did on Black Friday. And for that to happen eCommerce companies are going to have to do something they haven't done in a long time: Innovate.
