Dell's enterprise business is growing like anything and later they came up with superb designs like XPS M1330 and Lattitude XT... isn't that innovation? Of course, they need to improve their customer support and low end consumer laptop designs (like inspiron). Remember, it is a company run by some great minds and yes, they are keeping track of market needs and they will definitely get their place back in the market within a few years. It's not too late.. if you want to buy their shares.. buy them now because I can definitely see them touching sky in long term !!
word is that new innovative products are in the queue that are going to really turn some heads. a new notebook line that will compete with XPS, and other cool electronics that will convert even the most loyal apple customers because of flexibility and useability. though there is plenty for dell to work on, the dell comeback has begun.....stay tuned.

I like many Dell products (many of their products I hate), the support just stinks! I am afrwid that all of this "innovation" will only make Dell even worse!

I think you will find lots of people who think the consumer is now receicing some exciting experiences and Dell's design and innovation is showing results. Check out PC World calling the XPS One the one to beat and perhaps even an imac killer; the XPS m1330 has lots of guts and power and yet atttractively designed and small, considered a category leader by many.
