Airline CEO Publicizes Funny Complaint Letter

Virgin CEO Richard Branson made headlines a few years back when his airline received what many felt was the funniest complaint letter ever (one passenger described the airline's food as a "culinary journey through hell"). Now, Branson has found another funny complaint letter for a different airline and he's making sure everyone knows about it! The sassy letter, written by Arthur Hicks, complains about how the airline LIAT made him transfer flights six different times, caused him to miss the last ferry to his destination, and then lost his bag...and it is VERY funny.
