john: This was like watching a debate in a college class between those two kids everyone knows and loves: The BS artist, who doesn't study the material, makes up for it by sounding convincing and plausible and talking loudly, but everyone afterwards scratches their heads and says "What the heck did I just listen to? ", and gradually realize that he had no clue what he was talking about, because he didn't even research the subject matter and just made blandly general statements, some of which skirted the edge of bad taste so closely you had to wash your mouth out after to be sure it wasn't spinach in your teeth. And that other favorite, the kid you always see studying, heck, they've been going to college for 12 years and still don't have a degree, but when you hear them in class they make no sense, don't know the material, cheat on the test and still fail, but somehow think they're doing a good job. Yup, those are our presidential choices. And our media doesn't even try to fact check Hillary anymore.
