Apple's planning on releasing its long-awaited iWatch this fall, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. Apple may have put a strong emphasis on health and fitness in the device, with more than 10 sensors incorporated that are able to collect the wearer's fitness data. Apple already revealed a move toward tracking health data with its announcement of HealthKit for iOS 8 at its Worldwide Developers Conference. The report cites a source who claims that Apple is planning to add features to the watch that will combat criticism that existing smartwatches only perform the functions of the average smartphone.
