During a conference call with analysts to discuss its better than expected third quarter results, Apple's chief financial officer Peter Oppenheimer sidestepped questions about when -- exactly --the company would be unveiling new products, though hinted they'd come before September's up. Apple will have a "very busy fall," Oppenheimer said, adding that he'd "like to leave it there and go into more detail in October." Apple reported slightly better-than-expected fiscal third quarter revenue of $35.3 billion on solid sales of its flagship iPhone, sending its shares up 4% in after-hours trading, but fourth-quarter sales guidance fell short. Apple just reported June quarter results, and as expected, sales were pretty flat ? up just 1% from last year to $35.3 billion. It's been a while since Apple has released any major new products, and it shows. A few highlights:
