Apple's Tim Cook Reportedly Seeking New Directors to Add to Board

Apple is said to be seeking new directors to add to its board, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. The report says that Apple chief executive Tim Cook is actively seek to expand the eight-person board, which consists of six directors aged 63 or older, and four who have served for more than a decade. Two directors, Intuit chief executive Bill Campbell and J. Crew chief executive Millard Drexler have been on the board since the late 1990s. The report describes a company that is transitioning under Cook's leadership to one quite different from the Apple run by late founder and CEO Steve Jobs.
